She was asked to reupholster an ottoman. She charged over $500. She took months to get the work started, claiming that family was sick. She then took months to complete it. After looking at the final product after it was delivered. I noticed the edges did not line up. I took pictures of it and sent it to her. She agreed it did not line up but did not return my calls or text messages to fix the work. After another month still no answer, other than another family member was sick. The credit card company was called to hold the second payment for a dispute. She then made it impossible to work with her. She claimed that I was hostile to her when all I asked for was a time to drop off the ottoman or some of my money back. Then, the credit card company gave her all of the money. I would not recommend her work. She took months to complete the ottoman and the work she did was not worth $500.

Anna is super nice & very accommodating on the small job I needed done. She dropped everything & completed my job in about 15 mins ( again, small job). Very reasonably priced too! I recommend Anna for great customer service & excellent work! 😁

Anna is hardworking, skilled and knowledgeable. We wanted to closely match the material on our dining table set of chairs. Anna found the exact match which pleased us, only higher quality. Her upholstery work is professional.

I want to make this review as fair as possible for both parties. First, I will never, ever, have anything reupholstered again! It has been an expensive, ongoing nightmare. We hired Anna’s Upholstery to reupholster two recliners. She accepted the job and was paid approx. $1,285.00 to do the two recliners. I had already paid $1,000.00 for the material. After she was hired, she told us that she had, in her employ, a man that was supposed to be experienced with recliners. My chairs were returned to us with numerous issues!! The employee didn’t return to Anna’s which left her having to deal with our chairs that he had messed up. Anna did, several times, tried to make “it right” and repeatedly said that she shouldn’t have accepted the job because she didn’t normally work on recliners. We always expressed our sincere gratitude for what she was trying to do in order to get the issues resolved. A couple of months back she worked on them again for us and all appeared good. When we returned home, we put the chairs straight into storage because we were having work done on our home. We just got them out of storage and noticed that, once again, a seam had come apart. Due to a broken chair leg and its repair, the material around the front base of the chair was terribly ripped. The material was no longer available from the manufacturer, but luckily a pillow of the same material was available. Though I chose to destroy the pillow, Anna used as little of the material as possible to repair the base of the chair. Her repair is almost invisible! A beautiful seam that is indistinguishable to the eye. I highly recommend Anna and I will use her again in the future! Thank you, Anna!
